How to view and manage your billing details

To view or update your current billing information on Figured, you need to navigate to the billing section of Figured and follow the instructions in this help article How do I view or change my billing details?

If you have enabled personal billing on Figured, you'll need to navigate to Your Profile > Billing & Subscriptions. Or you can just click here.

If you are a member of an organisation on Figured and you have access to billing, you will be able to find this information under Your Organisation > Billing.

To learn how to set these up go here for Personal billing, or here for Organisation billing

How do I read my invoice

The invoice received by email is consolidated on a product level (Farm Manager, Farm Reporter etc.) To see a full farm breakdown of your invoice you can use the CSV export tool on the Billing page to select a billing period and export a breakdown of charges. This will download a CSV file which shows the list of farms that made up the month's invoice. If you are part of an organisation and don't have access to the Figured billings page there are two options:

  1. Ask someone with access (member of admin/agri team) to generate the CSV and send it over.

  2. Gain access to Figured from the admin - the people tab is where you manage all the members of your organisation and their access levels. To add a new person click + Add new person in the top right hand corner. Enter the new persons email address and select the access permissions you want them to have. For this you want to tick the Access view, update and manage billing settings box.

Find more information about managing the organisation tab here.
