Managing the organisation tab

Manage farms, people, billing and settings all in the one place at an organisational level

If you're part of an organisation on Figured, you'll have access to your organisation which lives on the main Figured dashboard (my.figured.com).

Within this tab, you'll be able to manage the various settings, users, and farms that make up your organisation.

1. Farms tab

Under the ‘Farms’ tab, you can review all the farms the organisation has access to. To grant organisation access to a farm, check out this article here.

Here you can see when a farm was created, the subscription it’s on, what accounting software it’s connected to, and the account it's being billed to.

To quickly edit billing details just click the pencil on the far right-hand side to edit and assign billing to the organisation if it isn’t already.

2. People tab

The ‘People’ tab is where you manage all the members of your organisation and their access levels.

To add a new person click + Add new person in the top right-hand corner. Enter the new person's email address and select the access permissions you want them to have.

To edit existing members’ details, click the user's name to access their profile.

Here you can edit the user's name, job title and permissions, and remove organisation access if they’re no longer part of the organisation.

Once happy with the settings just click Save Changes.

3. Portfolios tab

Portfolios give you another layer of farm management within Figured. These give you more control over which staff members can access which files, and it also means if a staff member leaves, you can simply remove them from the organisation - immediately revoking their access to any farms (provided they have not been personally invited to any farms).

4. Billing tab

Those with Admin and Billing access to the org have the ability to change the details under the billing tab.

Here you can manage the contact and billing details for the organisation. It also has a list of all the farms being billed to the organisation and the ability to view and download PDF copies of the organisation's invoices.

5. Values tab

This is where you would be able to configure organisation-wide default values and assumptions instead of at a farm level when generating scenarios or running specific reports.

6. Weights tab

Organisations can set up their own default livestock weights, dress-out ratios and stock units which can be used in place of Figured’s defaults.

These can be applied at the tracker level to override Figured’s default weights or the user’s custom weights. To find out more about this click here.

7. Org Settings tab

You can change the organisation's name, description, phone number, email, and location here.

You can also add a disclaimer footer text across all exported farm reports that are under the organisation.

8. Tools tab

This is where you will be able to find Farm Invites and Org Report Packs. Farm Invites allow you to resend pending invites to all users in all the farms the organisation has access to. And Org Report Packs put the organisation in control of the types of reports they distribute, to whom, and when.
