If you notice any discrepancies in your killsheets, contact Figured support immediately through the Green Bubble.

Figured processes the emails hourly so it can take up to an hour before this will show in your Figured Application.

Check your browser settings to ensure they are not set up to automatically download PDFs. You may need to adjust your browser settings to allow PDFs to be viewed within the browser.

Switch trackers by using the Tracker dropdown in the top right hand corner of the review page.
The saved transaction is incorrect. Can I delete the transaction and then re-approve the invoice?
The saved transaction is incorrect. Can I delete the transaction and then re-approve the invoice?
Yes, if you delete the saved transaction it will add the invoice back into the Review tab so that you can try again.
