Saved Filters

After running your benchmarking or farm stat analysis with Insights, you can make this data available to the individual farm/s through Saved Views. This generates the end-end workflow for benchmarking and farm stat reports back into the individual farms.

Saved Filters in Insights serve two purposes:

  1. Saving the group of farms you’ve curated so you can quickly refer back to it for use in Comparisons and Portfolio Modelling

  2. Making that group of farms available to report on in the individual Figured files for benchmark reporting.

Once you have used the filters to refine your data selection you can make that data available for reporting inside Figured through Saved Filters. Give your Saved Filter an identifiable name so it easy to use again and again

Saved filters are dynamic (unlike snapshots) so as data is updated in Figured files included in the filter, the data held in Insights will also update for those files.

You will then be able to select the saved filter in your Insights report as shown below. The period of data analysed and basis, can all be controlled within the report settings, like all other Figured Reports.
