What the integration does
Figured's integration with AgriWebb allows you to connect your Figured farm with AgriWebb and automatically sync livestock transactions daily, keeping your stock reconciliation current without anyone re-entering data from one system into another.
Livestock is unlike any other asset, it moves, reproduces, loses weight, gets sick, and dies. Without accurate, current stock numbers, you can't value the balance sheet, calculate a true cost of production, or model forward scenarios with confidence. This integration closes that gap by making your AgriWebb stock movements the live foundation for everything Figured does for planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Figured pulls through the following from AgriWebb:
Sales and Purchases (optional). Choose to pull sales and purchases from AgriWebb into Figured and then post them through to your accounting system to reconcile, or leave these out and continue managing them from your accounting system first.
Births, Deaths, and Transfers natural increase, losses, and movements between enterprises flow through automatically, so your stock reconciliation stays current every day.
Synced transactions are read-only in Figured. If something needs correcting, you fix it in AgriWebb and it flows through on the next sync keeping a clean audit trail with no conflicts between systems.
Once your live position is flowing through, you can use it as the foundation for everything else Figured does:
Copy actuals to forecast to create a baseline plan in seconds
Adjust the numbers to run scenario analysis
Link dollar-per-head expenses directly to livestock movements for dynamic, formula-based planning
The AgriWebb and Figured integration is available on any Figured product plan that contains livestock trackers, and with a paid AgriWebb subscription.

Information needed to integrate
In order to set up the AgriWebb integration, you'll need:
An active AgriWebb account with enterprises configured
Administration-level permissions in AgriWebb (or the ability to send an Email Authorisation link to the account holder)
An active Figured file with livestock trackers and stock classes set up
Sales and Purchases accounts assigned on each livestock tracker you plan to sync
Note: Any users on the Figured farm that wish to manage the integration with AgriWebb will need to have the appropriate access in AgriWebb. This can be managed within AgriWebb itself.
Integration Setup Process
Figured's Integration Setup wizard will step you through the setup process. Navigate to your livestock tracker, then Settings > Integrations > New to get started, and follow these articles for more guidance through the process.
