If you head into your Settings tab of your file, you will find your current subscription type under the Billing page.
From the Billing page you can see what subscription plan this file is currently on, how much you currently pay for it, who the 'Bill Payer' currently is, the option to 'Change Bill Payer' and, what we are looking to do, 'Change Plan.'
Please Note: if there is no 'Change Plan' button, this may currently be restricted for your File, as part of our 'fair use' policy. This states you cannot downgrade your plan more than once a year, and your downgrade must not be within 6 months of upgrading. For more information, please refer to our Terms of Use here
