From saved reports
If you want to copy a saved report to an external spreadsheet from this list of existing reports on your farm…
Open the report and use the Actions tool bar to choose copy to clipboard and then paste into a blank spreadsheet.
The copied report will paste into your spreadsheet as it appears on Figured (formatting included).
From an unsaved report
If you’ve just run a report and you want to copy that to a spreadsheet you can choose the Share Report tool bar and select copy to clipboard from there.
The copied report will paste into your spreadsheet as it appears on Figured (formatting included).
Note: Any underlying formulas will not be brought through, so any changes made in the spreadsheet will have to be calculated manually moving forward.
