Before starting the MINDA integration setup wizard in Figured, please work through the checklist below. Completing these steps first will ensure the integration connects smoothly and your data syncs correctly from day one.

1. Confirm Your Eligibility
Available for NZ dairy farms only
The farm must have a Figured Farm Reporter or Farm Manager subscription
The farm must have at least one Dairy Cattle Livestock Tracker set up in Figured
The farm must have an active LIC MINDA account
2. Correct Permissions
Whether you can authorise the connection in MINDA depends on your permission level. You'll need to be a herd owner or have delegated authority to grant Figured access. Otherwise you'll encounter a consent error and will need someone with the correct permissions to complete it instead.
3. Herds Are Created in MINDA for the Tracker
During the integration setup, each MINDA herd is mapped to a corresponding Figured Livestock Tracker. Confirm that the herds you want to sync are already set up in MINDA and that the matching stock classes exist in the Figured tracker before beginning the integration wizard.
For example: if you have three stock classes in MINDA that you want to pull data in for, make sure all three exist in the Figured tracker first.
