Built for flexible, meaningful reporting at scale, the new Reporting Studio lets you create custom reports that bring together data, design, and insight - all in one place.

At the heart of Reporting Studio are:

  • Organisation & Farm-Level Custom Report Templates: helping you scale consistent reporting across your business.

  • Formula Library: giving you the tools to build metrics that reflect how you measure performance.

1. Standardisation and Efficiency:

Templated reports help standardise outputs at the organisation level, ensuring consistency and efficiency across your reporting services.

2. Flexibility and Customisation:

We know that sometimes you need more flexibility to move beyond standardised outputs, to surface unique business insights, and tailor reports without losing efficiency at scale.

Try It in Beta:

Reporting Studio and Formula Library are currently in beta.

This early release is available to selected users, and new features and improvements will be added over the coming months.

If you’d like early access, please reach out to your Figured account manager to discuss joining the beta program.

If you’re already part of the beta, you can start using Reporting Studio straight away in your client files and in your organisation area of Figured.

We’d love to hear your feedback: chat with us in-app via the green bubble, get in touch with your Figured account manager, or email us at support@figured.com.

Thanks for Being Part of It

This is just the beginning of a new way to report in Figured, and your input will help shape what comes next. Dive in, explore, and tell us what you think!

The Reporting Studio is a flexible design tool built directly into Figured. It lets you create comprehensive, custom-branded financial reports that combine your client's live financial and production data. It's designed to help you move beyond standard, static reports and deliver high-value, scalable advisory.

The Reporting Studio gives you the flexibility of a spreadsheet, the design control of a publishing tool, and the power of Figured's live data engine, all in one place.

The key benefits for your practice and your clients

Balance Efficiency and Customisation

The studio's "drag and drop" builder gives you full control.

You can build and save standardised templates at your organisation level—think a "Quarterly Dairy Review" or a "Sheep and Beef Annual Pack". This makes your advisory service consistent, efficient, and scalable.

Importantly, you're not locked in. For a high-touch client meeting, you can open that template and make farm-level customisations. You can add specific commentary, adjust data, or drag in new components to tailor the conversation to that specific client. For your clients, this means they receive a report that is directly relevant to their farm type and goals, that's easy to read.

Go Deeper with Your Own Custom Formulas

This isn't just a design tool; it's built on a robust data engine. A key feature is the Formula Library, which allows you to create and save your own custom formulas, effectively "baking in your IP" at the organisation level.

You get granular control over every report component, allowing you to dictate the exact data (actuals, forecast, or a custom range) and comparison periods, with full transparency on how every figure is calculated. This allows you to show clients the meaningful, custom KPIs that link their production data directly to their financial results.

Deliver Professional Reports That Bring Data to Life

The Reporting Studio is designed to make your insights clear, digestible, and engaging. You can deliver a highly professional product that reinforces your brand's value by adding your firm's logo, custom colour palettes, and branded cover or disclaimer pages. This brings the report to life, grabs attention and convey's the important info in a dynamic and understandable way.

For farmers, this clarity is crucial. Using charts, clear KPI components (showing red/green performance), and even images like farm maps helps to quickly interpret the financial picture, no need to pore over endless rows of numbers. This leads to faster, better, more decision-focused conversations.
