Figured's connection to Open Country, Miraka and Synlait means that each month, as the milk supplier updates your total monthly milk production, those KgMS numbers will be pulled directly into your milk tracker under the production column. This will happen within the first week of the following month, automatically importing the prior month’s production, and locking that month in your milk tracker.

You can connect all of your supply numbers to milk trackers in Figured.

Connecting Figured to your supply number

In your milk tracker settings, you'll see an option to add the Supply Number by clicking Configure settings to receive updated quantities from Open Country, Miraka or Synlait.

After clicking, you'll need to enter your supply number and Download the Authorisation Form. Once the form has been completed upload by clicking Choose File.

Once saved, Figured will automatically request integration with the milk supplier. The milk supplier will confirm the Supply Number matches the farm name, and an authorised person has signed the form. They will then advise the Figured Support team to verify the connection.

Once verified by our team this will finalise the setup.

After that, if you head back into your milk tracker settings, your settings will display Verified and the actual milk solids data will automatically update every month.

You'll be able to complete a sync of historical production data, the sync from your milk supplier will take about 10 minutes, and then all synced historical production data will display as a locked number in your milk tracker.

Important: The Authorisation Form must be filled out and signed by someone who has authorisation to request this connection from the milk supplier.
