Each month, as Farm Source updates your total monthly production, those KgMS figures are pulled into your Fonterra milk tracker's production column. You can connect all your Fonterra supply numbers to milk trackers in Figured.

Before you start: Set up your milk tracker in Figured and complete Step 1 before starting Step 2. This lets the support team verify the connection once Farm Source notifies us the supply number has been set up.

In your Figured Fonterra milk tracker settings, enter your Supply Number, then select a Fonterra Account Name from the dropdown.

Make a note of the Figured Fonterra Account Name you select, as you'll need it in Farm Source to grant Figured access in Step 2.

Note: You can only use accounts that appear in the dropdown, so set up the milk tracker before starting Step 2.

After you've configured Figured, you'll need to login to your Farm Source account and head to your account name in the top right > Manage Access > Third Party Access.

Login to your Farm Source account, then go to your account name (top right) > Manage Access > Third Party Access > Add a New Person +.

Enter the Figured username shown in your tracker settings, and set the role to Service Provider.

​If you have access to multiple supply numbers, you can choose which to share on the next page.

Please ensure the following checkboxes are ticked:

Set how long Figured has access. We recommend Until cancelled, which you can revoke as needed.

On the final page, check your details match the screenshot below and select Complete. It takes about 10 minutes for Farm Source to add Figured.

Once access is granted, the Figured team verifies the connection to finalise setup.

Your supply number will then show Verified in your milk tracker settings, and you can sync production data anytime, choosing which season(s) to sync.

Syncing takes about 5 minutes. Synced figures appear as locked (greyed-out) numbers in your tracker and can't be adjusted manually.
