If you've already got actuals sitting in your preferred accounting software for the last year, you can use those figures as next year's plan - it's a great starting point that takes a few seconds to build.

To do this, head to your Planning Grid and Tools > Import.

When the import screen opens, select last year's actuals and import.

Last year's actuals have been copied into your current year's forecast data (or plan). You can then edit these further in the planning grid directly if you need to.

When importing from last year's actuals, Figured will save any existing forecast data for you in a snapshot. You can then view this historical data in a report (when running it for the snapshot), or you can choose to restore to this snapshot if you wish.

NOTE: Importing from actuals does not copy across production tracker information - it only copies planning grid data.
