What is it?
Inventory is the last area in Figured to get a copy function, and it's now here. Copy from Historicals lets you bring data from a previous period straight into a new or existing crop season, saving you from entering it manually. It works for both homegrown and purchased inventory in one spot.

What can you copy?

  • Actuals β€” confirmed transactions from a past period

  • Actuals + Forecast (A+F) β€” actuals plus any forecast data from that period

How far back can you go?
You choose. Copy a full year, or pick a custom date range (e.g. just the last 3 months).

How to use it

  1. Go to Inventory

  2. Select Tools

  3. Select Copy from Historicals

  4. Choose your data type (Actuals or A+F)

  5. Choose your source period (full year or custom date range)

  6. Select whether you include Homegrown Inventory or Purchased Inventory or both

  7. Populate your new forecasts by mapping your historical crops seasons

  8. Review and confirm

Note: This adds data to the destination and won't overwrite anything already there. Check for duplicates if the season already has inventory entered.
