Troubleshooting

Transactions Not Appearing

Transactions may not appear in Figured for the following reasons:

They are BEFORE the sync date that you setup in the integrations settings

To check you sync date go to your tracker settings in Figured and click Sync Historicals to see date from which transactions are syncing

Alternatively, you can edit under integration settings under Settings | Livestock Integrations | Edit on step 5 you will see the date which transactions will sync from.

They do NOT have a Enterprise assigned to the AgriWebb

Transaction with no enterprise will not sync across to any Figured Tracker. To check your transactions have an enterprise log into AgriWebb and run the Movement Report. Ensure you have the Enterprise column showing and check for any transactions with a missing Enterprise

If it is a Sale or Purchase you must make sure the account is mapped in Figured

Just like entering a Sale or Purchase transaction in Figured you must make sure that stock class has an account mapped.

If you use a single Sale & Purchase account in your tracker this will not be the issue.

The age class in AgriWebb has NOT been mapped to a Figured stock class

If you have not mapped the age from ArgriWebb to anywhere in Figured then we will not receive those transactions. To check your mapping go to Settings | Livestock Interrogations | Edit and on step 3 ensure you have mapped all relevant stock classes that are in use

Incorrect Mappings

If your data is going to the wrong trackers or stock classes:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Review your enterprise and stock class mappings

  3. Update as needed

  4. Trigger a manual sync to pull fresh data

Authorisation Issues

  • Ensure the person authorising has Admin permissions in AgriWebb

  • Check that email addresses are correct for email authorisation

  • Try revoking and resending authorisation if needed

Data syncing

Data automatically syncs daily. If you need data updated at any other time, you can run a manual sync:

  1. Go to your livestock tracker

  2. Click the Sync Historicals button

  3. The latest data will be pulled from AgriWebb

Please note only transactions after the sync date will sync across and only if the Enterprise connected to them in AgriWebb

Understanding Synced Data

Trackers connected to AgriWebb display the AgriWebb logo on the tracker list page.

Transaction Details

When you view transactions in Figured:

  • Date: The date the event occurred in AgriWebb

  • Source: Shows "AgriWebb" to indicate the transaction origin

  • Read-only: AgriWebb transactions cannot be deleted in Figured and they are read-only except for financial values, which can be added/edited on Figured's side

Making Changes to Synced Data

To modify synced transactions:

  1. Make the change to the transaction in AgriWebb

  2. Either wait for the next automatic sync or trigger a manual sync

  3. The updated information will appear in Figured

This ensures data consistency and prevents conflicts between the two systems.

Managing Your Integration

Viewing Integration Status

Go to your tracker's Settings > Integrations to see:

  • Connected farms

  • Mapped enterprises

  • Stock class mappings

  • Sync status

Disconnecting the Integration

If you need to remove the integration:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Click Delete

  3. Confirm your choice

Note: This will stop future syncs but won't delete historical data that's already been synced. Existing transactions that have been synced will however be able to be edited in Figured.
