Verifying Your Data

After your first sync:

  1. Check your livestock tracker in Figured

  2. Verify that births, deaths, and reconciling transactions have appeared

  3. Compare the numbers with your AgriWebb reports to ensure accuracy

  4. Check that opening balances for the current period reflect the previous period's closing numbers

Data syncing

Data automatically syncs on the 15th of each month and pulls in the previous month’s data from AgriWebb into Figured.

If you need data updated at any other time, you can run a manual sync:

  1. Go to your livestock tracker

  2. Click the Manual Sync button

  3. The latest data will be pulled from AgriWebb

Understanding Synced Data

Trackers connected to AgriWebb display the AgriWebb logo on the tracker list page.

Transaction Details

When you view transactions in Figured:

  • Date: The date the event occurred in AgriWebb

  • Source: Shows "AgriWebb" to indicate the transaction origin

  • Read-only: AgriWebb transactions cannot be deleted or edited in Figured

Making Changes to Synced Data

To modify synced transactions:

  1. Make the change to the transaction in AgriWebb

  2. Either wait for the next automatic sync or trigger a manual sync

  3. The updated information will appear in Figured

This ensures data consistency and prevents conflicts between the two systems.

Managing Your Integration

Viewing Integration Status

Go to your tracker's Settings > Integrations to see:

  • Connected farms

  • Mapped enterprises

  • Stock class mappings

  • Sync status

Disconnecting the Integration

If you need to remove the integration:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Click Delete

  3. Confirm your choice

Note: This will stop future syncs but won't delete historical data that's already been synced. Existing transactions that have been synced will however be able to be edited in Figured.

Troubleshooting

Transactions Not Appearing

  • Check that you've completed the setup process

  • Verify the date range you're viewing in Figured

  • Try triggering a manual sync

  • Ensure you have Admin permissions in AgriWebb

Incorrect Mappings

If your data is going to the wrong trackers or stock classes:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Review your enterprise and stock class mappings

  3. Update as needed

  4. Trigger a manual sync to pull fresh data

Authorisation Issues

  • Ensure the person authorising has Admin permissions in AgriWebb

  • Check that email addresses are correct for email authorisation

  • Try revoking and resending authorisation if needed
