Your chart of accounts in Figured now has two sets of categorisation:
Farm Categorisation
On farm creation Figured will auto categorise your accounts. Farm categorisation is visible on the Account Configuration page and any changes to this auto categorisation can be made under Settings | Chart of Accounts | Account Configuration.
Standard Categorisation
As well as the farm's account categorisation Figured also has Standard Categories. Standard categories are a set of our categories that are predicted by Figured and used in benchmarking and other analysis. They allow a farm to make user/farm level changes to personalise their experience while leaving the standard categories as a separate version for Figured to use. Standard categories are unable to be edited by any user.
