If you're having trouble getting your direct cost expenses to "move" to the correct category in your planning tab & reports, the reason behind this is because the account type is "Direct Costs" so Figured automatically pops any of those accounts under "Direct Costs" in your planning grid and reports.
To remedy this, you'll just need to head to Accounting > Chart of Accounts > Search for the account name > Select the account, and then adjust the account type to "Expense".
