Complete or edit your Figured Partner profile
Your profile is what farmers will see when they find your practice in the Figured Partner Directory.
We recommend completing as much of your profile as possible. In particular, make sure the information that helps farmers discover and assess your practice is accurate.
1. Open your Figured profile
Sign in to PartnerPage and go to All directory profiles.
Select your Figured listing to open and edit it.
2. Complete your profile
Add or review your practice information.
Depending on the fields available on your Figured profile, this can include your:
Practice description
Website and logo
Location and regions you service
Services offered
Farm types you specialise in
Resources, case studies or other supporting content
The information and categories selected on your profile help people understand your expertise and can determine how your practice appears when they filter the directory.
3. Save your changes
When you're finished, click Save.
You can use View entry in the top-right of the PartnerPage dashboard to preview how your profile will appear.
Some parts of a PartnerPage profile can only be managed by the directory owner. If there's something on your Figured listing that you can't edit yourself, contact the Figured team for help.
Add coworkers to manage your profile
You can invite coworkers to your PartnerPage account so other members of your practice can access and help manage your Figured Partner Directory listing.
Who should you add?
We recommend adding the person or people at your practice responsible for responding to new leads and enquiries. This helps make sure enquiries from farmers through the Figured Partner Directory reach the right people and can be followed up promptly.
1. Open your account settings
From your PartnerPage dashboard, click Settings in the bottom-left of the screen and navigate to Team.
2. Go to Team
Select Team to see the people who currently have access to your PartnerPage account.
3. Invite a coworker
Click Invite team member.
Enter your coworker's details and send the invitation. They'll receive an email inviting them to join your PartnerPage account. Once they've joined, they can access the account and its directory listings according to their permissions.
You can also use the Team area to manage team member details and control which PartnerPage email notifications individual users receive.
Keep your profile up to date
Your Figured Partner Directory profile is a way for farmers looking for professional support to discover your practice.
We recommend reviewing your profile periodically, particularly if you:
Add new services or areas of expertise
Begin servicing new regions
Support additional farm types
Change your practice website or contact details
Have new resources or examples of your work to share
A complete profile gives farmers a clearer picture of who you help, where you operate and how your practice can support their business.
