You will need to review the pool data in your benchmark once it's been created - for this, you'll need to remove any outliers & ensure each farm has its details provided about the systems used.
Step 1: Review & remove outliers
In order to get the most out of your benchmarking, we recommend you remove any outliers which may skew your data too high or too low.
Head into Data and select to Run Benchmark which will display information on your farms in your benchmarking pool by metric.
Once your benchmark has been completed, you will be able to remove any outlying farms by heading back into the Farms tab and using the rubbish bin icon.
Step 2: Drafting & publishing a benchmark
After you have reviewed data and removed any outliers, you will then be able to publish your benchmark which will allow you to report on it.
If you make a change to your benchmarking data, this will update it to be in a draft state which means you will need to re-publish it each time you make a change i.e. add or remove a farm.
Step 3: Run reports
You're now ready to run your benchmarking reports on your farms and see where the farm sits for your selected metrics and more.
