If you've forgotten your Figured password and wish to restore access to your user account, you can head to my.figured.com and enter your email address, then click Next.

On the screen that follows, click Reset your password.

Your email address will be autofilled and you'll be able to click Send password reset.

Once that's done, you'll get an email to your email address that will enable you to set a new password for your Figured account. 

After you've confirmed your new password, logging in with this new password will enable access to your account.
